Took my moms car in for service, she usually takes the vehicle and works with Manny Salinas herself. I was pretty hesitant since they're under construction and considering everything else, but Manny was super helpful and resourceful, kept me updated and was super kind. He even waited until I picked up to go through the inspection with me. I now understand why my mom continues to bring her car to Mazda despite having a Hyundai (which is bought certified pre-owned from Mazda.) My mom was super pleased with the work that was done, thank you so much Manny!
I call myself Charlie's Angel after working with Charlie Pham. My lease expired and the car, color combo that I wanted ( CX - 30 Crystal Blue with Greige Interior) was sitting at the Port due to COVID-19. Gordon Min Sales Manager of (South Bay Mazda) suggested they give me a rent a car for free until my car came in from the port! Charlie was smart. He negotiated a good deal with Oren Weintraub Owner of ( Authority Auto ). The car came in two weeks later and here I am!
