Due to an airbag recall, I took my car to South Bay Mazda, long time has passed from the last time I had my car service done by this dealer. Main reason I stop going there "service was bad". I had my droughts going back, however this time the experience was different. Great customer service, kept me inform of all the parts need it and recommendations for next service. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

So far, every time I take my car in for a routine maintenance, the personnel are extremely polite and kind. They have always taken me on time and returned my car when promised. The waiting area is comfortable with a t.v., drinks and snacks. They've got their act together at Mazda. And, oh, I love my car, purchased in April, 2018. It's the best choice I could've made! Thank you, Mazda!
