It is said that the true mettle of an organization isn't shown by perfection... but by how it handles screw ups. Although the delivery of our CX5 was fraught with problems South Bay Mazda stepped up to the plate and did everything they could to make things right. We are very happy with the car and the dealership.

First off I want to say...I am pretty nit picky when it comes to my vehicles. Partly due to the my OCD-ish personality and the fact that I was dealership tech for a number of years and have been in the auto industry for over 20.
