We all know that buying a new car is never fun.  The haggling, the pressure, the up sell and the endless, "let me talk to my manager".  I have to say, after a bad experience the day before at another dealer, I was pleased and refreshed with my experience at South Bay Mazda.  Miguel and Ruby have to be the most likeable and without any pressure.  I had my price and car in mind, Rudy got approval and the deal was done.  Jack was ready with all the paperwork and very nice to talk to.  No up sells, no bait and switch, no excuses.  If you are looking for a Mazda, look no further than South Bay Mazda.

South Bay Mazda has been the greatest experience I have had with buying a new care and having it serviced. I can see me buying my next new car there and the next. everyone is very nice and courteous. I am glad to call it my home car place. The dealership is in Torrance and I live in the Montrose area, about forty miles away. Every time I am in there getting my car serviced, I feel like I am there with old friends!

I bought my car here on Memorial Day. I had a wonderful experience with each and every person here that I dealt with. The manager Way Rocha was really great and very professional. A big Thank you to Jeff Donnell. Also the salesman Josh LaBrada was professional, informative and a gentleman at all times. I highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted at the best price possible. When I went into finance with Jeff Garcia he helped me get through the process in a timely manner. My overall experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come here first!
