I recently bought a Mazda C-X5 and the whole process and above a beyond. I am extremely pleased with finance manager Roni Alba, he went over all the details with me and answered all the questions that I had about my options, definitely a great asset to the company . I will recommend Mazda South bay to all my friend and family because of the level of customer service and attention to detail their finance manager demonstrated.

The service here was excellent! Truly exceeded my expectations!I had gone to a different Mazda dealership earlier in the day and they instantly turned me away because their system wasn't working...I came to the South Bay location and they not only greeted me right away but completed my inspection. I later found out their systems were in the same boat as the other location but they still gave me all the information I was originally seeking.I regretfully didn't catch the name of the rep there but he phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and to the point. Also offered advice for when I should come back for an official service.It was a calming change from the other location. I was actually pissed leaving that other place because their reps were rude, unhelpful, and a bit demeaning.To add a cherry on top of South Bay's service: they had washed my car!! It was surprising to come out and see my car clean.
I worked with internet sales manager Peter Young to purchase a used vehicle at South Bay Mazda. He took care of me before and after my purchase, and made the process go very smooth. He also took the time to show me all of the features of my car, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience!
This is a great place for service. The entire service team is on it. They have a newer Service Writer, Stephen that is excellent. He really knows his stuff and I found him to be very honest and professional. I used to work In the customer service industry so I tend to be bothered by poor or subpar service.
