The service department team has always been friendly and efficient over the years I've had my vehicle serviced here. My last few visits Stephen Morici helped me out with my oil change, he's always helpful in explaining services I may/ may not need, it's awesome customer service like his that continues to bring me back to South Bay Mazda. Took my 2017 CX5 in for routine service and repair of a malfunctioning liftgate. Service manager was super friendly and super efficient. No charge for the liftgate repair. Nice.
