Guidelines
To qualify for South Bay Mazda’s Disaster Relief Fund please provide:
Valid driver license or other proof residency
A copy of your vehicles insurance claim fire related damages, total loss damage must have been filed between. We are here to help you through this difficult time and look forward assisting in the rebuilding process
